Brain Of The Adult : a musical collaboration between schoolboys Michael Cumming & Alan Miller between 1976 and 1981.  Together again after 30 years, their new collection of recordings with Douglas Cumming is entitled - Demonstration Cassette. Both Alan & Michael played in numerous bands around the Lake District music scene in the 1970’s & early 1980’s - but ‘The Adults’ was their and formative outlet for secret, multi-tracked tomfoolery that would be impossible to perform live.

The duo were often joined on drums by young Douglas Cumming - who even entrusted the duo with his first ever set of lyrics. For the 2013 sessions however, Doug brings his considerable songwriting skills & vocal talents.
